We process all our online orders through a secure, third party agent called PayPal. Although PayPal's allows us to safely receive credit card orders and electronic transfers, we receive no customer-specific financial data whatsoever.

In other words, Lairs.com does not receive such online info as credit card or bank account numbers — PayPal securely handles all this data.

What we do receive from you (the customer) is the name and address you indicate to PayPal as the delivery address for your order.

Once your order is processed and sent out, we retain your email and delivery address for auditing purposes only. This information is protected and maintained in a secure database restricted solely to those who require access. We do not share your information with advertisers, mailing list companies, and the like.

From time to time, we may contact you (via email or postal service) with promotional updates concerning our products — and only our products.

With Whom Your Information is Shared
Beyond PayPal, we do not share your information with other companies (as mentioned above).

We will disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. You should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, may have the authority under certain circumstances to permit your information to be shared or transferred to third parties without your permission.
